How I came to support West Ham

Born in Germany. Grew up in Southeast London. Grandad was a cockney having West Ham listed as his place of birth on his birth certificate.

My best West Ham memory

Walking up Green Street with my six year old daughter on my shoulders. My daughter started singing “Bubbles” and the crowd around us started singing with her. She was startled at first, then realised that she had started the chorus so sang even louder. Magic moment.

The best West Ham game I’ve ever seen

1997: West Ham United 4 Tottenham Hotspur 3
